The story

Founded in 2007 as Räderpoliertechnik GmbH and renamed in 2014 as IPS - Intelligente Poliersysteme GmbH, our vibratory finishing machines have been in use worldwide for over fifteen years.

The foundation of the success story, which has now lasted for over 15 years, was laid in 2007 when the vibratory finishing machine was equipped with a pneumatic central mandrel for loading and unloading. Thanks to this INNOvation, it was and still is possible today to load the vibratory finishing machines manually or fully automatically by robot with the workpiece to be finished (originally exclusively aluminium wheels) without discharging the grinding or polishing granulate contained in it.

Significantly reduced machining times per workpiece and the perfect results of the grinding and polishing performance were convincing, so that in over fifteen years of existence, more than 800 machines could be built and delivered.

In the years that followed, the vibratory finishing machines were continuously developed and optimised for all conceivable requirement profiles. The INNO and ECO series, originally designed for aluminium wheels, is now in use worldwide in various fields and industries: automotive, aerospace, medical technology, etc.

In addition to the classic 22" and 24" sizes, IPS can offer the INNO and ECO in up to 42". In addition, there are special solutions of the INNO and ECO series with enclosures, independent dosing circuits, complex automation solutions and networked, centrally controlled plant networks. Today, IPS designs complex plants or individual small solutions for you - entirely according to your own, individual requirements and process specifications

Corporate development

2025

Development and delivery of a semi-automated decoating system using induction heating. A key focus of this project was the overhead loading of heavy parts using a crane.

Development and supply of an assembly fixture for mounting components in the automotive industry.. Each work step is monitored and must be acknowledged.

2024

Develop and supply a heating and joining device. A stainless steel jacket is heated using an induction generator and joined via a rotor assembly.

2024

Development and supply of a quartz glass saw Quartz glass rods with a diameter of 80 – 160mm are processed on this saw, which can be loaded from above using a crane.

2023

Develop and supply a special circular saw for the automatic cutting to length and chamfering of plastic pipes.
