    Special machine construction

    Heating and joining

The example shows our machine for interlocking of stator packs, Heating of stator housings and subsequent automatic joining of the stator packs into the housing.

The homegenic warming of the Stator housing to the desired Joining temperature is by induction reached.

After active cooling and reaching the desired extraction temperature the process is complete and that the workpiece is removed from the machine promoted.

The example shows our machine for heating and manufacturing electric motors.

The exact heating of the stator housing to the joining temperature is achieved by induction, followed by the joining process of the stator into the housing.
