Revolutionising technology for the future of vibratory finishing
Vibratory finishing is an efficient and economical form of surface treatment for a wide variety of materials. The process is based on a mechanical-chemical foundation in which the workpiece is brought into a relative movement to each other with the help of water and compound in combination with abrasive bodies made of plastic, ceramic or stainless steel. The liquids regulate the required machining of the surface, while the grinding pattern and metal removal depend on the size, material and shape of the abrasives.
IPS - Innovative Produktionssysteme develops and produces vibratory finishing systems for all requirements and is there to help and advise you from the very first ideas. We have a solution for every customer requirement and thus contribute to the realisation of very special and individually adaptable applications.
Since vibratory finishing is an extremely effective, economical and at the same time ecological process for surface treatment, you benefit in many ways: With our know-how, we optimise your process flow so that it remains economical, environmentally conscious and efficient.
